Shaped sections and their covers

Shaped sections allow to route cable ways of any complexity and configuration.
To ensure corrosion protection, the following types of coating are applied:

  • SZ – preliminary galvanizing using Sendzimir process, with class Z140 or higher (as per GOST R 52246-2016)
  • SZ270 – preliminary galvanizing using Sendzimir process, with class Z275 or higher (as per GOST R 52246-2016)
  • RAL – polymeric powder coating of a steel product preliminary galvanized using Sendzimir process, with class Z140 or higher (as per GOST R 52246-2016)
  • HDZ – hot-dip galvanizing of a finished product (as per GOST 9.307-89)
  • INOX – stainless steel (AISI304)
  • INOX316 – stainless steel (AISI316)

Standard section dimensions:

  • Width of 50 to 600 mm;
  • Wall height of 50 to 100 mm;
  • Thickness of 0.7 / 0.8 / 1.0 / 1.2 / 1.5 mm.

Standard (recommended) thicknesses of shaped sections for sheet cable trays depend on cable tray width and have the following values for SZ SZ270, RAL, INOX, INOX316 design versions:

  • For widths 50, 80, 100, 150, 200, 250 mm, standard thickness is 0.7 mm;
  • For widths 300, 400 mm, standard thickness is 0.8 mm;
  • For widths 500, 600 mm, standard thickness is 1.0 mm;

For HDZ design version, all shaped sections have standard thickness of 1.0 mm.

For all products of this line, the cover is attached to the cable tray by tight locking.

Cable trays and shaped sections are connected with each other by connectors, such as SUT or SLB.

To ensure compliance with design requirements, shaped sections of various radius may be manufactured, including the ones that are not specified on this web-site. This will provide for the required cable bend radius during its routing.
